I photographed in the tsunami-affected areas on the 887th and 888th days after the Great East Japan Earthquake. Many of the rubble buildings had been removed, leaving only the foundations of the buildings, which were overgrown with weeds. Today, about 10 meters of earth has been raised, and the old townscape lies deep in the ground.
