‘Changeling'.What if you were a Changeling? My ‘Changeling’ series is about selective memory, it’s a story with holes. The photographic concepts used in this series have been realized through analogue photography, Polaroids and the use of different handcrafted blurring- and extricating techniques.

Pascale Hustings

Pascale Hustings graduated from Art school and the Photo Academy of Amsterdam and has been combining these skills in her artistic work ever since. In her self published art photobooks, installations and series she investigates the perception of memories, playing with the photographic concepts of time, place and scale within an imaginary world.

Jury selection

When you trace back your memory, the images depicted in our mind are often similar to these.
The uniqeu concept of "the fragmented memory of a Changeling" is also very interesting.
