Drink your breath. Just take a moment to just be in the moment.

The moment when people of all ages, backgrounds, nationalities, genders, and differences come together to gaze at one man who is flying. There is no need for anything of the person himself, just a set of eyes on the person flying. In this age of diversity, what we need, perhaps surprisingly, is just a play in the river. There is no need for anything complicated. Everyone enjoys it in their own way.

I am a third-year university student in Tokyo. I started taking film cameras because I inherited a single-lens film camera left by my grandfather when I was in junior high school. Now, as a university student, I have experienced studying abroad and enjoy shooting film in those places. I am a student and do not know anything about camera techniques, but I enjoy capturing scenes that I want to capture, so I continue to take photographs as long as I can enjoy. I would like to continue taking pictures at my own pace in the future.

Jury selection

A photograph of people paying attention to one major happening only reinforces the anonymity factor by itself. In this photo, we are more interested in the people watching rather than in the young man who somersaults jumping into the river. This photo, with its objective view of the whole momentary event, is probably an anonymous photo itself.
