Statement
the Sun
"Don't look at the sun."
I remember being told that when I was a child.Take the plunge and look in the viewfinder and press the shutter release.I couldn't catch anything because of the blinding glare, so I couldn't open my eyes for a while.I noticed a circular image on the back of my eyelids that stayed for a few tens of seconds, then slowly diffused and disappeared.I could see it with my eyes closed. the sun behind the eyelids.
This work attempts to visualize what is invisible.A peeling type instant film is used, and the property that white becomes black by excessive exposure is utilized.

Jury selection
How can you not love these images of the Sun! They have a profound spiritual and conceptual presence, and their colours make them a bit psychedelic as well. As a photographer, I really like the idea of photographing the very source of our existence at large and our ability to see - and catch the light.
